Note: When using Common Name Service (CNS) within the panel topology, the config entry [event] refuseCNS must be set to 0.

Panel topology/Group alert facility is part of the base installation of WinCC OA.

CAUTION: If you have to make updates after generating the panel topology sum alerts, create a library which implements the function

HOOK_pt_generateSumAlerts(firstNr, toEnd, startFromPanel, errors,
                    iNotOwnSystem);

If no other actions should be executed in the function, the function must not be changed but only called in the library.
