Backend Local, Database Remote

For this scenario the NGA Standard package or NGA Premium package is required.

With the NGA Standard package or NGA Premium package, NGA can be extended by further database backends and connections to remote databases.

Note: For InfluxDB® this scenario must not be used since the backend must be on the same machine as the InfluxDB® server to ensure secure backup/restore operations.

Backend is running on a local machine in-process with the frontend. Database is running on a remote server.
