Archive groups

Data can be grouped conveniently into logical groups called archive groups. These are made up of data points having the same transfer mode and approximately the same dynamics.

The archive groups contain the necessary parameter settings to write a certain data point group into a table of a DB. Archive groups can only be used with the tables defined in the DBLogger.

An archive group always has the same destination data space in the database. When setting the archive group parameters, the associated data point elements should meet the following requirements:

Have a logical association/be related in terms of contents (for example, if you set a trigger DPE in an archive group then the associated DPEs should be collected in this archive group).

Dynamics -> the same records per time unit (values of the DPEs in an archive group should change at approximately the same rate).
