Configuration of the Communication Center

Different panels are available for the configuration of the Communication Center. The easy use of the panels allow a quick integration of static call lists or shift plans. The following pages of this documentation describe these panels in more detail. The use should mostly be self-explanatory. Additionally, the descriptions of the single configuration panels are provided with realistic examples. This means that this help is in a way structured as continuous example (with the least engineering work) so that a complete configuration exists for the Communication Center after working through this help. This configuration can be used as an aid when configuring. The used names and exemplary configurations are imaginary and can be replaced by arbitrary other names. If you have already gained some experience with the Communication Center or are only interested in a specific configuration panel, you can use the following links:

The origin of all configuration activities for the Communication Center is the main panel that is used to open the other configuration panels and which shows an overview of all settings.
