Protection

The protection is used for protecting recordings from automatic deletion. When starting the dialog via the playback handling the predefined time range and the camera are passed to the dialog. It is the camera from whose playback handling the dialog was started. If the export dialog is started via the export overview panel, no camera is predefined.

Shows all cameras for whom a recording exists for at least one configured stream. The camera number and the description text are shown in the columns number and description. The cameras can be added to the task list per drag & drop.

Whether a recording exists for the respective stream is shown in the columns 1, 2 and 3. If the protection shall not be edited for all streams of the camera, proceed as follows:

• Select the checkbox of the appropriate stream

• Select the appropriate camera in the task list

• Click on the Apply stream selection for selection button

The predefined time range for the export task can be modified. With the button set protection for selection the protection is set. With the button delete protection for selection the protection is deleted.
