Publish Changes
Apply and synchronize your recent license management actions in the WinCC OA License Portal.
After making changes such as moving licenses between projects in the WinCC OA License Portal, you must publish these changes to ensure they are applied and synchronized across the system. Publishing changes finalizes your actions and updates the license status for all users and systems.

Review your recent changes in the License Portal.
For example, verify that licenses have been moved to the correct project and appear as expected in the destination project's Licenses section.

Locate the Publish Changes button or option in the portal
interface.
This is typically found in the toolbar or at the top of the license management area.

Click Publish Changes to apply your modifications.
The system will process your changes and update the license status accordingly.

Wait for confirmation that the changes have been published successfully.
A notification or status message will indicate when the process is complete.

Verify that all changes are reflected in the relevant projects and license
lists.
Check both the source and destination projects to ensure the licenses are correctly updated.
Your changes are now published and synchronized in the WinCC OA License Portal, ensuring all license allocations and project updates are up to date.
