WCCOAtoolCMactivation - License Handling Offline

Offline transfer is done filebased in dedicated steps.

1. Create a license request (RaC) on the offline pc with WinCC OA installed.
2. Transport the RaC file to any PC with Internet connection.
3. Activate the license and store the result in an update file (RaU).
4. Transport the update file (RaU) to the offline PC.
5. Import the update file with the cmu tool.
6. Create a receipt on the offline station to confirm the license transfer (RaC).
7. Transport the receipt to the online station.
8. Use the receipt to finish the activation procedure.
