To re-host a license, you must:

deactivate the license and
then activate it on a new computer or simply in a new container.
CAUTION:
You must execute all 4 steps for both Deactivate and Activate. This means:
- Create a request,
- Deactivate and activate,
- Import the update and create a receipt as well as
- Upload the receipt
