Remember:
This page describes the Offline License Operations. For Online Operations, see Re-Host.

To re-host a license, you must:

  1. deactivate the license and
  2. then activate it on a new computer or simply in a new container.
    CAUTION:
    You must execute all 4 steps for both Deactivate and Activate. This means:
    • Create a request,
    • Deactivate and activate,
    • Import the update and create a receipt as well as
    • Upload the receipt
