    - udpClose()
      Closes the connection to a UDP socket.
    - udpOpen()

The function returns TRUE when the config entry "queryRDBdirect = 1" is used in the WinCC OA project and RDB (Oracle) is used for the queries.

The function checks if RDB (Oracle) is used for queries.

The example checks if ../HDB_RDB_Parallel/HDB_RDB_Parallel-04.html#HDB_RDB_Parallel-04__queryRDBDirect is used for queries and outputs the result.
