Longest time (in seconds) that the provider waits, after having sent all the queries to the ValueArchive, for the receipt of responses to these questions. Setting the value to 0 means that the provider does not wait at all (not recommended). If the time has expired, the responses that have been received up to then are forwarded and an error message sent to the log.
