Welcome to the WinCC OA license portal. Your first steps as an invited user.

Your journey begins with an invitation email, typically titled "Invitation to WinCC OA License Portal," similar to what you see here. To access the portal, simply click on the first link provided within your invitation email. This will securely direct you to the login page.

Once on the portal, you'll need to log in with your existing Siemens ID. If you don't have one, you can easily create it by clicking the provided hyperlink. Once logged in, you'll see an overview of the groups you are able to join or view.

Once groups are created, you can check them by navigating to the group management section. On the left, the tree view displays the structure and hierarchy of your groups.

As you navigate within a group, you'll notice several helpful elements. The right side shows various information boxes relevant to this group. Near the global search field, you'll always see the user account you are currently logged in with. The bell icon will notify you of invitations to other groups or important updates.

This globe icon is where you can switch your preferred language. Your profile button gives you account information and the option to securely log out of the portal.
