What you need to know:

To ensure a seamless upgrade to our new system, there will be a brief service interruption.
  • First Login:
    Even if you receive an invitation email before October 21st, please wait until after this date for your first login to ensure all your data is fully transferred and correctly displayed.
  • System Adjustments:
    Once the new License Portal is live, specific adjustments will be required in your WinCC OA system to ensure compatibility and proper license usage.

  • How You'll Be Informed:
    Once the data transfer is complete, all license holders (those who have previously received our delivery emails with delivery notes and license tickets) will receive a personal email (sender: license.management@etm.at). This email will contain all the necessary information for your new account on the license portal. Your Siemens and ETM account managers will also be updated to provide you with the best support.
  • Crucial First Login Instruction:
    Even if you receive your invitation email before the official launch date of October 21st, 2025, we kindly ask you to wait until after this date for your first login and to begin managing your licenses. This ensures all your data is fully transferred and correctly displayed, guaranteeing a perfect start on the new portal!
