Why is the WinCC OA Webhelp not working with Google Chrome?

Due to security changes for Google Chrome regarding the local file policy, problems with opening our WinCC OA Webhelp will occur.

To solve this issue and to open the local WinCC OA Webhelp Google Chrome must be started using the "--allow-file-access-from-files" command line option, e.g. "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --allow-file-access-from-files".
Note that this option will only be applied if all open Chrome Windows have been closed!
