Who can see my information in the License Portal?

The License Portal is organized in a hierarchical structure: 

  • Each user has at least view access to their home organization and any sub-levels they have created. 
  • Depending on assigned permissions, users may also have write access to these lower levels. 

As a customer, your organization is linked to a Siemens regional organization. Users from that Siemens region have view access to your organization and its sub-levels, enabling them to provide support when needed. In special cases, authorized Siemens users may also have write access. 

You can also grant access to other users. For example, as an end customer, you may allow your system integrator to view or manage your licenses, depending on the permissions you assign.
