WCCOAvalarch - IMPL/SEVERE - Maintenance is already running

Enclosed you'll find the explanation for a log-message which can occur during runtime. The log-message is written to the PVSS_II.log-file.

WCCOAvalarch (0), 2015.05.13 20:30:00.350, IMPL, SEVERE, 54, Unexpected state, Maintenance is already running when reason: 2 with actionId: 13 is requested, [D:\workspaces\3.13\workspace\Exe\DataNew\ValueArchive\Archive.cpp:4316]

Log-message with symbolic names:

WCCOAvalarch (<NUM>), <TIMESTAMP>, IMPL, SEVERE, 54, Unexpected state, Maintenance is already running when reason: <REASON> with actionId: <ACTION-ID> is requested, [<SOURCE-PATH>]

The log-message describes that an action in the archive could not be started because another one was still running. The information displayed at <SOURCE-PATH> refers to the source code. This path has no relation to the customers project, it is just for internal purposes.

The numbers for <REASON> and <ACTION-ID> are (only significant numbers are listed)
<REASON>
0 = a file switch was made because of reaching the maximum fill grade
1 = a manual file switch was started
2 = a cyclic file switch was started

<ACTION-ID>
9 = file switch
10 = file compression
12 = file deletion
13 = file backup
14 = file restore
15 = online backup

Please check the configuration of the value archives, especially the settings at the “Time” and “Special options” tab. You have to ensure that actions are not started at the same time, e.g. file switch and restoring to an external device.
