WCCOAui - SYS/SEVERE - Online-Backup of database "DPE-name" Cannot answer or handle request

Enclosed you'll find the explanation for a log-message which can occur during runtime when trying to read historical information from the database. The log-message is written to the PVSS_II.log-file.

This log-messages describes that reading historical information from the database was not possible because at the same time an online-backup or a recovery of the database in a redundant system (similar to an online backup) is made.
While the backup is processed accessing the database files is not possible and therefore historical information cannot be read.
