PVSS00event - SYS/SEVERE - Invalid license, Max License exceeded for Managertype para

Enclosed you'll find the explanation for a log-message which occurs when starting user-interface failed. The log-message is written to the PVSS_II.log-file at the server.

This log-message describes that all UI-para-licenses are already in use.
The number of para-licenses is defined at the shield-file with the entry “para = X”, X is an integer-value with a range of 0-255.

If you only you want to start a runtime-user-interface without parametrization-option please ensure that the options –m gedi, -m para or –extend are not set.

When an extension of the license is required please get in contact with the responsible contact/vendor for your WinCC OA-installation for clarification and to get a new shield-file.
