Enclosed you'll find the explanation for a log-message which can occur when configuring/activating _address-configs The log-message is written to the PVSS_II.log-file.

Log-message with symbolic names:

PVSS00ui (1), <TIMESTAMP>, PARAM,SEVERE, 105, Invalid license, DP: <system-name>:<DPE-name>_address.._active, MAN: (SYS: 1 Event -num 0 CONN: 1)


This log-message describes that the address-config could not be set active. That occurs when the maximum number of allowed IOs is already reached.
The log-message is reported for the PVSS-process which tried to set the address active.

When an extension of the license is required please get in contact with the responsible contact/vendor for your WinCC OA-installation for clarification and to get a new shield-file.
