Is Windows 10 IoT Enterprise also supported by WinCC OA?

Yes.

For some Siemens hardware plattforms (e.g. IPC377E) you will find the option to get it with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise (LTSC).
This is a binary equivalent to Windows 10 Enterprise and mainly differs in licensing and deployment option.
