Is the Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) feature no longer supported with WinCC OA V3.18?

As Oracle changed their policy with the 19c version, which is supported in WinCC OA 3.18, the Oracle Standard Edition DB license no longer covers the RAC feature.

2 Options are available:
1. One may upgrade from Standard Edition to Enterprise Edition.
2. Convert the Oracle RAC Database to a Single Instance database.

Switch- and Failover functionality is still available with option 2.
As WinCC OA is buffering no data is lost when a switch over happens.
