I can't find a license in the License Portal. Should I use the "Add Ticket" button to add it from a previous delivery email?
Please avoid using the "Add Ticket" button to add licenses, unless you've received explicit instructions from ETM support team. If you're missing a license, we recommend using the powerful Global Search feature first. You can search for various criteria like ticket numbers, group names, email addresses, or container IDs. If, after using Global Search, you still cannot locate your license, please do not attempt to add it yourself. Instead, contact our support team directly, and they will be happy to assist you.
