I am the first user of our organization in the License Portal

If you're the first user from your organization to access the WinCC OA License Portal, the system may have automatically used your email address as the organization name. 

To correct this, go to the Information pane and update the relevant fields - especially the “Name” field. Replace the email-based name with your organization’s official name, avoiding abbreviations or misspellings. If your organization includes multiple departments or subsidiaries that manage licenses independently, consider including the specific department or subsidiary name as well.
