I accidentally ordered the wrong license option or want to return licenses. Where can I request an exchange/return?

A direct exchange of license options is not possible. To correct an order, please contact your local Siemens representative to request a return of the incorrect item, and place a new order for the correct option. 

Please note: Returns are generally only accepted before the license has been activated. The specific return policy may vary depending on the organization through which the order was placed.
