How is WinCC OA Video licensed?

The maximum number of simultaneously presentable video streams is licensed for all workstations. This is obtained via the video manager. If a live stream includes live images or a recording is irrelevant – it is always seen as one video stream. If more video streams than permitted are activated in the system, they will be falsely displayed (RGB inverted).

In a redundant system the video stream licenses are needed for each of the two servers.
