How do I search for information within the License Portal?

The License Portal offers two convenient search options to help you find exactly what you need:

• Global Search: This is your go-to for a broad search across the entire portal. You can use it to find any type of content, including specific tickets, email addresses, or license containers. It's perfect for when you're not sure where to start!
• Table Search: Once you're viewing a specific table (like Licenses, License Containers, Groups, Projects, or Users), the Table Search allows you to refine your results within that particular list.

Our Recommendation: We suggest starting with the Global Search for your initial query. If you get a lot of results or need to narrow down your findings further, then switch to the relevant Table Search to pinpoint your information.
