Why does a shape in the GIS viewer not show the alert color for the linked alert?

If you have linked the Alert-DP correct to the shape (as described in the WinCC OA help) and your shape doesn't blink or gets the defined alarm-color if an alarm appears then please check if the defined alarm-color exists in the color-db you have loaded to the GIS-Viewer.
The problem is, that all colors for the GIS-Viewer only refer to the color-db you have loaded to it. However the color of the alarm itself relates to the individual alarm.
So if the color of your individual alarm is not in the color-db you have loaded for the GIS Viewer the shape won't get this color (and is also not blinking).
