DB Problem by migration of my project (unable to migrate)

I got this error message in the logfile when i was trying to migrate my PVSS project 3.9 to WINCC OA 3.11
help me to understand what is the problem.
how to solve it?

here is the error message.

It looks like you are missing the update package.

which update package?

It looks like the package 'WinCC_OA_3.11-update-0-0.*.rpm' is not installed.

how to preside step by step, when you want to upgrade a pvss projet to Wincc oa?
what is important to take in account?

I solve the problem now
to solve it , i create a new empty folder named "source" in the old PVSS project folder
after I was able to upgrade the project with Wincc oa

Project administration --> Project administration --> Update project
