valarch failure after copying project

Hi All,

I'm having troubles restarting valarch processes after copying the project from one system to another.

The log file is plentiful of messages like this one:

PVSS00valarch(6), 2012.11.22 13:44:39.014, IMPL, SEVERE, 54, Unexpected state, Found file AR_0006_2012.10.25.21.23.44 for set 28, but the state in header is set to 1, so file is ignored even though it's present , [Archive.cpp:704]

Is there a fix for it?
Could it be that the copy from the original system was corrupted?
