Problem when install 3.10 SP2

I have a proble when I install WinCC OA V3.10 SP2, It seems like a help system package problem. I disable all the help option from the setup panel, the process will continue.

Hello,

the error-dialog refers to a file used for the installation of the HTML-help.
Maybe the setup-files yozu are using are damaged.
Please stop the setup process and try it again without selecting the packages for the HTML-help.

If the problem occurs again please send a problem description to the official support address support.automation@siemens.com with the information which product and version you are using in the header of your mail.

Please notice that the ETM Portal does not substitute the common PVSS/WinCC OA-support.
