Event manager error

Post by mustafa.toker@siemens.com »

We got this message many times and then event manager goes to the state 3. We created an API manager that writes to 36 DPs every 5 second and writes several DPs when an alarm is triggered by the other system.
What may cause this error? We could not find a clue from the PVSS help or google.

PVSS00event (0), 2011.09.30 15:45:12.451, IMPL, SEVERE, 50, Default branch called, Variable, allocate, Couldn't allocate Variable, unknown Type: 1465352

Hello,

this log-message should not cause a "blocking" event-manager. Maybe there is another problem which causes the problem at the event-manager.
Please send the complete PVSS_II.log-file and the pmon. logfile for the PVSS/WinCC OA-project (/log) to the official support-address support.automation@siemens.com.

When sending the support request please write at the header or at the beginning of the description which software (PVSS, WinCC OA) and which version you are using at this project.
At the description please describe again what the problem is that the complete information is stored at the support request.

Best Regards
