Bug with Translator

Hello!

so,we have a multi lang project English + Russian
run the translator and try to translate _errors.cat via Quick translate
i can write cyrillic symbols, but as soon as I press the Enter - all Cyrillic characters becoming question marks

Hello,

if you want to enter the russian textes you have to start the UI with the startoption -lang ru_RU.iso88595 to run the UI with the correct language.

Continuing the theme of translation.

We translated files LogViewer.qm and UI.qm, copied them to folder project/msg/ru_RU.iso88595
Add langs = "ru_RU.iso88595" in the file Config.pa
When start GEDI -Russian language is displayed correctly,
but when we switch the language to Russian via button of the consol panel and restart Log Viewer - Russian language does not appear.

Hello,

we had a look at the functions which open the logviewer.
The console panel is looking for the current language and the languages defined in the project which you have selected.

Have you defined a "lang"-entry at the project you want to start?

I had a look at the description.
To get detailled information I've added some DebugTN-statements to the CTRL-library pmon.ctl.

Can you please perform the following steps:
-- stop the PVSS-project and all PVSS-processes, also the console- and the logviewer-window
-- open a file-explorer
-- move the file /scripts/libs/pmon.ctl to the folder /scripts/examples
-- copy the attached file to the folder /scripts/libs
-- start the console-panel
-- perform the steps you've described to open the log-viewer in the wrong language
-- notice the time when the test was made

For the analysis please send us the file 7log/PVSS00ui0.log and the information when the test was made and when the logiviewer was not opened with the correct language.

When the test is finished please replace the modified file pmon.ctl with the orignal file.
