Could not get DB version at Upgrade process

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade a v3.10 Project to v3.18, but I get the following messages:

I would like to know if, first of all, is it possible to make this upgrade (since 3.10 is pretty old).
If it is possible, I would like if it is necessary to make additional steps before the upgrade process. The project is already registered in v3.10 and the only thing I do is pressing the upgrade button at v3.18 Project Administrator.

If more information is needed, please let me know.

An upgrade from 3.10 directly up to 3.18 should be possible.
Only with this small part of information we cannot detect what the problem is. Possibly the project is needed for further analysis.
