Dist-Management with OS authentication

I am wondering how well does Dist-Management work with OS authentication. In the documentation I could not find any information regarding this combination.
Is anybody using this combination?
How do you synchronize the users between distributed systems with OS authentication?

Yes, we use OS authentication and distSyncMan.ctl to synchronize alarm groups and users.

Apparently it is now possible to disable the first login on the slave systems.
