S7+ Driver Broken after installation of TIA V20

After installation of TIA V20 I have the following error in the S7+ driver of 3.16 P019:

68/s7plus, S7PlusDrv, start_oms, Error not coming from OMS+

Is there any known compatibility issue between V20 and OA?

Apart from the fact that WinCC OA 3.16 is no longer supported (currently supported versions are 3.18, 3.19 and 3.20), the problem may not occur if you use the latest patch level of WinCC OA 3.16, because you will then have OpenSSL 1.1.1 instead of 1.0.2.

TIA V20 uses a newer S7DOS version which is not compatible with WinCC OA 3.16.
When using 3.17 or older WinCC OA versions an installation of a new TIA version will break the compatibility.
If you are forced to use a new TIA version you must also do an upgrade of WinCC OA to a mainline version including the newest patch.
