Getting Error after Upgradation

Hi,
I have upgrade PVSS 3.6 to WinCC OA 3.18.
After upgradation, GEDI opening fine, Vision\Runtime also working fine.
But, when I going to add any new user in "User Administration", then it is giving error & new user is not adding. When I going to change the password of existing user, then same error is coming & password is not changing.

I tried to check the same issue in previous version, then I found, upgraded project have no issue till WinCC OA 3.16. But, in 3.17 & 3.18 same issue found.

Requested all to suggest solution on this issue.

Hi, tell us what exactly error messages you get in log viewer.

Most of the time when I had problems like this, it was because I changed a standard control script, so it gets copied to the project folder.
Beginning with V3.17 I think there are a lot of changes with user management. Search for such scripts in project and rename or delete them for testing.

You can use the 'Diagnostic Tool' to find out what files are overparametrized.

Thanks for the Hint.

I have checked & found "pvss_scripts.lst" is present in project folder. I compare it with standard script which is available in 3.18 installation folder & found few script like "updateUserGroups.ctl" is not called. So, I manually call all standard script in "pvss_scripts.lst". After calling, all error gone.
