WinCC OA help freeze - Qt assistant not responding

Hi,

Wincc oa documentation gets always stuck after some time (Qt assistant not responding). The same happens to gedi, when help on the method is opened in the control script editor.

sw: WinCC OA 3.17 p5, windows 10 pro.

How do you detect that its gets stuck?
Do you get a warning dialog?
What does "after some time" mean in detail, e.g. 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, ...?
Is a specific action started before it occurs, e.g. doing a text search?

Hi Leopold,

The help panel gets grayed out and (Not Responding) text appears in the panel header. No warning dialog appears. I cannot identify any action related to that, sometimes I just return to the help screen after short time (5 min.) and it is already stuck.
I noticed this problem already using older patches of 3.17.

Bugs / Problems
