Module Scroll Bar Policy in a splitter

Hi guys,

How to set Scroll Bar Policy to "AlwaysOff" to modules on a splitter object?

I could not find a solution how to disable the scrollbars.
Why do you want to hide them?

If the splitter is moved and the panel cannot be displayed completely a scrollbar makes sense as you can scroll then to non visible areas.
