DPGroups multiple data with Remote Ui

I have 4 WS connected with Remote UI to the server. I have set up a new DPGroup that I use to monitor some variables and display in an event panel. When the server is not connected to any WS , I get exactly one value per DP, when I connect the WS I get multiple Values for the DP. For instance if I have DP, TAG1 Value, NORMAL. I get 3 or 4

TAG1 NORMAL
TAG1 NORMAL
TAG1 NORMAL,
TAG1 FAIL
TAG1 FAIL

if the WS are not connected I just get what is expected 1 line only.
TAG1 NORMAL
TAG1 FAIL

I have checked the time synch server/WS and it's fine, I have checked the DPGroups for duplicates and I have none.

I can't reproduce the error on my development machine because it is working fine, only on the real system with exactly the same code I get this different behavior.
Any clues ?

Let me add more info to the "story". 3.16, Linux servers/ redundant pair, Windows WS. Samba share active, server and WS config is attached below. No issues with alarms (no duplicate). I have run several tests with and with different configurations. The system works fine ONLY with 1 WS , as soon as another WS is connected , events messages are duplicated. See pictures below.

Additional info the Value in the Events is a Text.
