archive group files

dear

I am using RDB (oracle ) to store my historical values. but I found that some archive group files can't move to the backup location. they are appearing as offline and I can't move them manually to the backup location.
I altered the datafiles status in oracle to online but still the status of the archive group files are offline in winc OA and can't be moved to the backup location by Wincc OA.

any suggestion?

Usually, if there are problems with oracle archives, in the arc_log table you can find information about the problem or in the alert.log file.

but which column in V$archived_log will give an indication about the error?
currently I cant restore the archive file from the backup location to be used but it appears as offline not restored

and when I am trying to make it as online I failed !
