Fileselector dialog not able to show network path file list on initialiation and slow also

We running WinccOA3.11 SP1 on windows (32 bit). When a new module is to be opened from the remoteUI client with Module->Vision from the server project running, I find that the dialog is not able to show the file list from the server project path. However when we select the from project dropdown list to local project and then again selects the server project it is able to display the file list. I have also noticed that display of this server project panel file list is slow. I have hosts file on both the server and remoteUI client machines and also dns with required entries. I am able to get ping with machine name in time from server to client and also from client to server.
Kindly suggest.

Hello,

with patch P031 for 3.11+SP1 some bugfixes have been made for the fileselector.
Can you please check if this patch or the newest summary patch P041 is installed at your system.
If this is not done please install the patch and check afterwards if it works.

We have P031 with WinCCOA3.11 SP1 is installed on server and clients. I have also noticed that even the local project directory listing is slow some times.

I have the same issue with 3.11.1, but only on one system. We have 2 redundant systems, but on one system the fileselector is very slow on both, local path and network path! I don't know what is the difference between the two projects, but the issue always exists.
