WCCOAtoolCMactivation - License request for an empty station

On the Offline Computer:
1. Create a new container on the offline computer:
```
cmu32 -i --file wiccoa_install_dir\data\license\ETM_pc_-_A_Siemens_Company.WibuCmLif
```
  by using a license template (LIF) from the WinCC OA setup.
2. Create a license request (cmu32):
```
 cmu32 -c 6000802 -f 130-XXXXXXXXX.WibuCmRaC --serial 130-XXXXXXXXX.
```
3. Copy the license request file WibuCmRac to a flash drive or external hard disk.
4. Transfer the license request file to the activation station (online computer).

On the Online Computer:

Activate the license

WCCOAtoolCMactivation -activate -context 130-XXXXXXXXX.WibuCmRaC -serial 130-XXXXXXXXX -update 130-YYYYYYYYY.WibuCmRaU
                                https://license-portal.example.com/12345/gateways XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

Save the license update file WibuCmRaU to a flash drive or external hard disk. Transfer the WibuCmRaU to the offline computer.

On the Offline Computer:
1. Import the license update file:
```
cmu32 --import --file <absoluteFilepath>/130-XXXXXXXXX.WibuCmRaU
```
2. Create a receipt and confirm:
```
cmu32 -c 6000802 -f 130-XXXXXXXXX.WibuCmRaC --serial 130-XXXXXXXXX
```
3. Copy the 130-AAAAAAAAA.WibuCmRaC file to a flash drive or external hard disk. Transfer the license request file to the activation station (online computer).

On the Online computer:

Confirm via:

WCCOAtoolCMactivation -confirm -serial 130-XXXXXXXXX -context 130-ZZZZZZZZZ.WibuCmRaC https://license-portal.example.com/12345/gateways
