Hides a layer in a particular panel.

LayerOffPanel(int LayerNo, string PanelName );

LayerNo	Number of the layers to be hidden
PanelName	Panel whose layer is to be hidden.

Description

Similar to the function LayerOff() except that the layer LayerNo in the panel PanelName is hidden.
