Question: Upgrading a project from 3.11 to 3.21

If upgrading a project from 3.11 to 3.21, can this be done from the WinCC OA software or there are limitations (e.g. due to database difference, ... etc.)? I know there are some incompatibilities between versions, but would it be needed to create something from scratch?

The upgrade from 3.11 to 3.21 should work without any problems.
