Question: Reduced authorizations after inactivity timeout
I want to be able to reduce a higher login level user authorizations to that of being able to simply navigate the screens only after an inactivity timeout. I have ascertained that the inactivity monitor can be configured to call a user script. So what I want to achieve is to reduce the currently logged in user authorizations to that of the lowest user (guest) whilst retaining their login. Then when they try to perform an action that requires their normal authorizations for their login level, they are prompted to enter their password again. One solution would be to simply log off the user and log them in as Guest, however, this seems very inconvenient as they would have to wait for the system to login again before they could get back their control authority. Ideally I'd like to simulate being a Guest whilst still logged in as a higher user.

At the settings for the UI inactivity there are several options to choose.
One of the options is to logout the current user. Then the Ui runs with "no user", where this "user" does not have any permissions. There is no need to write an own script to logon a "guest" user.
If you want to do so you must create the "guest" user and assign the required permissions.
