Question: Desktop UI - System management functions greyed out

I am using winCC OA 3.19 and running a redundant system. I have connected via the desktop UI however ll the driver functions on the system management are greyed out. How do I enable them?

The icons in the System Management are enabled when the Ui is running in "extended/configuration" mode. For this mode (activated with -extend, -m para, -m gedi) a para license is required.
