Question: Create dplist - popup can't be closed
When trying to export something (for example, Create dplist (1DP/line)), the file is created successfully but the progress bar popup still appears even after trying to close it multiple times. Closing it after closing the Para itself works but isn't there a solution to the root cause of the issue?

This should not happen. Which WinCC OA version are you using?

Thanks Herbert. 3.21 but I work on a Hyper V vm so could this be the reason? I know Hyper V is not officially supported with WinCC OA.

Could be, its not something which I noticed before. Can you test on a native machine to verify if the issue is related to your OS or project?

A colleague has tested it in his native machine and the same issue exists.

I have tested it but I cannot reproduce the issue.
Depending on the size of the project the ASCII export can take some time.
When starting an ASCII export immediately the target file is created and data is written to the file step wise. Only that the file exists is not an indication that the export is finished.
Did you check that the ASCII Manager is not running when the progress bar is still shown?
