Possible error in dist.ctl

Post by xavi.aran »

Hello! I worked in version 3.10, last week i migrated the project to the new version 3.11.
I have 2 redundant machines, the first is active and working and the second is disconnected.
The panel SystemOverviewRedundant puts visible the second machine (??) and invisible my machine.
I try to restore the dist.ctl of the 3.10 version and all works correctly. Is this possible?
Thanks.

Hello,

please install the newest summary patch P006 for WinCC OA 3.11.
Copying a CTRL-library from one version to the another one might lead to problems.

Hello,

I've compared the dist.ctl-file for the Windows- and Linux-patch, there is no difference.

Please check if there is no dist.ctl-file stored in the project directory/scripts/libs.
If such a file is existing please delete it and restart the user-interface.

If the problem still occurs please get in contact with the official ETM support and create a new service request including the necessary information:

FAQ --> General --> Which information is necessary to open a service request for the WinCC OA support?
