Hysteresis

Post by aorange »

A quick question... how is hysteresis specified in WinCC-OA? i.e. as a value or a percentage?

The lower and the upper barrier must be entered relative to the limiting value in the alert handling panel. That means that the entered value for the hysteresis will be added (subtracted) to the limiting value.

Example:

Limit: 800

upper Hysteresis 10
lower Hysteresis -10

Value will not throw an alarm/went between 790 and 810.
