DesktopUI stucks when incative for a while

Hi,

I'm experiencing an annoying issue with DesktopUI that hangs for 10-20 seconds when left inactive for 3-4 minutes.

So when I want to change page, or click a button, I have to wait for 10-20 seconds if the client has not been used for 3-4 minutes.

If I keep using DesktopUI, it has no timeouts or delays .... do you have suggestions ?

A similar issue was observed in the past and was fixed with patches for WinCC OA.
Please ensure that you have installed the newest patch for the WinCC OA version you are using.

You could try if setting the config entry [ui] cacheTimeoutSecs to zero makes a difference
