V3.18 installation problems

I can't install V3.18 - I get the error Setup Failed - Error during caching stage.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,
Got this in 2 situations:
- Not enough space in default temp folder (somewhere in C: drive usually)
- No permissions to write in cache folder (solved by "run as administrator")

Maybe that will help you.
